With 20 years of experience, Mike designs meetings that inspire leadership teams and trains others to do the same. A certified executive team coach and master facilitator, he has worked with over 50 large companies to develop powerful strategies and has developed training courses on Facilitation for Agile, AI, virtual and hybrid facilitation.

Douglas F. Williamson

For more than 20 years, Douglas has been facilitating collaboration processes, from individual coaching to complex partnership establishment. He holds master's degrees in international relations and sustainable development, is an award-winning filmmaker, and co-authored the 2021 Routledge book "Leading Transformative Change Collectively."
